Ever Wonder…
…what non-dairy coffee creamer is made of?
Water, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative*), dipotassium phosphate, sugar, mono and diglycerides, sodium steroyl lactylate, soy lecithin, artificial colors {what the heck, it’s WHITE!}, and artificial flavors.
*not a source of lactose.
Mmmm. (heavy sarcasm.)
Dairy-free. The way to be!
Not.

It sounds like you are over all your sickness, finally. Hurrah!
RYC- Hi back at ya, Catbird!
I can imagine you scurrying around in preparation for your Dad’s visit. sounds just like me!
And your babysitter is amazing. Is that her blog you linked us too? A very mature blog.
Take care.
You know, I’ve always wondered what was in non-dairy creamer. Thanks for the enlightenment. =)
I seriously recommend Tofu. It makes life without dairy almost livable.
I hope you’re feeling better today!
